Job Title: Dewatering Operations Manager

About the Role:

We seek an experienced leader to oversee dewatering operations for our large-scale construction project. This role involves managing teams, plant equipment, resources, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing engineering, operation, and execution teams
  • Liaising with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Tracking costs and monitoring performance against targets
  • Reporting on progress to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 10-20 years of experience in dewatering operations, preferably in mining or construction
  • Strong understanding of dewatering systems and related equipment
  • Able to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively
  • Able to identify and resolve issues effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields such as mechanical, civil, or chemical engineering
  • A strong track record of continuous professional development
