Job Title: Marine Contract Assistant

This role is ideal for a contract management professional who wants to contribute to the success of our maritime operations.

The Assistant Contract Manager will work closely with our team to manage high-value contracts that support our border protection activities. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of contracted services, monitoring and reporting on contract performance, and engaging with stakeholders to resolve any issues.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in contract administration, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. You will also have access to training and mentoring programs to help you grow in your career.

About the Role:

  • Manage high-value contracts to deliver surveillance and response capabilities for the ABF
  • Contract administration and financial management
  • Monitor and report on contract deliverables
  • Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in contract management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess or able to obtain Baseline security clearance
