About the Role

You will work within the National Intelligence Community (NIC) which is made up of various departments and agencies including Australian Criminal Intelligence Agency, Australian Federal Police, Australian Geospatial-Intelligence Organisation, Australian Secret Intelligence Service, Australian Security Intelligence Organisation, Australian Signals Directorate, Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre, Defence Intelligence Organisation, Department of Home Affairs, Office of National Intelligence. These agencies form the Australian Government's intelligence enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Successfully complete your qualification between 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2026.
  • Obtain and maintain a valid Australian Government security clearance once accepted into the program.
  • Be willing to undergo any police, character, health or other checks required.

This role involves working with committed colleagues in a highly secure environment.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Be an Australian citizen.
  • Have completed a Bachelor degree or higher by 31 December 2026.

This program has a stringent security clearance requirement.

Selection Process

The selection process typically includes:

  • Assessment centre where you might participate in activities such as panel interviews and group presentations.
