Job Summary:

As a seasoned procurement professional, you will lead the transformation of our client's procurement processes using SAP S/4HANA and Lean Procurement methodologies.

Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.

  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions for procurement workflows.
  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements and communicate design decisions to clients.
  • Configure Lean Procurement flows, manage vendor and material master data, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams for development, testing, and deployment.
  • Align SAP solutions with business goals and strategies.
  • Drive data migration, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
  • Provide thought leadership in procurement transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of technology landscape.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP MM and Procurement.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Lean Procurement processes.
  • Strong onsite client engagement and offshore coordination experience.
  • Deep understanding of procurement master data and transactional flows.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
