SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultant Role

We seek a seasoned SAP FICO S/4HANA consultant to lead financial transformation initiatives.

The role involves designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including core modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions across a major S/4HANA transformation program.
  • Partner with business leaders to define the future-state finance operating model, including chart of accounts and costing structures.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient SAP finance solutions aligned with industry best practices.
  • Drive end-to-end finance design across procurement, HCM, logistics, and asset management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, change management, and business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Support business process harmonization, simplification, and adoption of S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Contribute to overall governance program and provide quality assurance on finance deliverables.
  • Leverage tools like SAP Signavio for process mapping and optimization.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide team members.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include:

  • Minimum 12 years' experience in SAP Finance, with a strong track record of architecture leadership roles.
  • At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations in a finance lead or architect position.
  • S/4HANA experience, including involvement in finance transformation projects leveraging latest SAP innovations.
  • Proven expertise in defining finance operating models, designing global/local chart of accounts, and cost allocation methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and integration points across SAP modules.
  • SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance or related modules.
  • Background in accounting or finance, preferred.
  • Experience in complex, multi-entity, or global program environments.
