We seek a seasoned quant investment expert to lead research projects and develop strategic partnerships with clients.
About the Role
This role involves leading quantitative research on existing and new strategies and day-to-day management of domestic and global portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust quant investment process and infrastructure.
- Provide deep expertise in domestic and global systematic strategies, portfolio optimisation/construction, and trade execution.
- Ensure compliance with all portfolio guidelines and processes.
- Monitor and report on investments, modifying strategies as necessary.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a quant equities analyst.
- Proven track record leading quant research projects and enhancing/new strategy development.
- Strong knowledge of equity markets and quantitative modelling techniques.
- Excellent programming skills in Python or similar languages.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work towards a high-performing investment team.
- Working towards or attainment of CFA/CQF designation.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
