As a Dog Trainer and Behaviourist, you will play a vital role in shaping our clients' experiences with our puppy training and behaviour services.

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and reputable dog trainer and behaviourist who is confident in providing Puppy Pre-School, Adolescence Training, and Behaviour Services across weekday evenings and/or weekends. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with our veterinary teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A professional, energetic, and engaging style that ensures our clients and their puppies experience an enriching and rewarding session together.
  • Experience in teaching young puppies aged 8-15 weeks (pre-school) trust and socialisation skills, cues and commands, introducing toilet and crate training, and lead techniques.
  • Passion for helping owners and puppies learn through enrichment and obedience training sessions, grooming, and nutrition.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of puppy and dog behaviour, nurturing and wellness, distractors and motivators, fear-free techniques, and positive reinforcement.
  • Ability to educate clients on our puppy vet services and wellness programs.
