Employment Lawyer Opportunity at a Top-Tier Law Firm

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate/Special Counsel - Employment Lawyer with over 5 years PAE to join our award-winning law firm in Brisbane CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling complex employment matters, including unfair dismissal claims, general protections claims, and discrimination claims.
  • Defending restraint of trades claims, employment-related contract claims, unpaid wages claims, and contravention of the Fair Work Act claims.
  • Managing peak body investigations, workplace health and safety, and employment law litigation.
  • Employee management and client relationship development.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years PAE in Employment Law from private practice.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve billable targets and attract new clients.
  • Ability to work in a team and be self-sufficient.
  • Good attitude towards work.
  • Proven track record in handling complex employment matters.
