About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Assistant to join our Corporate Services team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, catering and waitering services across office floors.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as a waiter in a professional services environment, a passion for hospitality, and excellent communication skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide catering and waitering services across office floors
  • Offer high level service to clients at events
  • Manage workflow systems, including EMS Room Booking System and Waiter Call System
  • Assist with ordering, stock management, invoicing and new product sourcing
  • Regularly review and update Client Services Ops manual and national processes
  • Adhere to all firm policies and procedures, particularly confidentiality and OH&S/WH&S
