Lead Educator Position Overview

Nido Early School is seeking a Lead Educator to join our team. As a pivotal role in shaping our nurturing and empowering environment, you will design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, managing teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality care are maintained at all times.

About the Role
  • Design and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with early childhood education best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in leading a team within a childcare setting.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • A valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid Certificate.
