Job Description:

Role Summary:

The Environmental Sustainability Coordinator will oversee the daily on-site management of environmental construction projects, including supervising junior field staff and contractors. This role involves working closely with senior staff to investigate, develop, and scope solutions for natural resource management issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project quality and safety standards are met while managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Represent the organization professionally to develop effective partnerships with internal teams and contractors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resource projects using a whole-of-area team approach.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising and delivering environmental construction projects and programs.
  • Strong computer literacy and communication skills.
  • Desirable: knowledge of plant operations and costing projects.
  • Able to supervise others and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Possession of a current NSW driver's license with willingness and ability to travel across NSW, including overnight stays.
