Job Title: Senior Psychiatrist

This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical leadership and specialty psychiatry services within a dedicated Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in the Brisbane area. As a senior psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing quality clinical services, contributing to the overall development of mental health services with a strong focus on integrated and recovery-oriented service delivery.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide clinical governance and support to the multidisciplinary team; psychiatric assessment, treatment and management of young people living with mental illness and supporting their families and carers; supervision, training and education for registrars, junior medical staff, medical students and other professional staff; quality improvement and research activities; and participation in the after-hours on-call roster and ECT roster as required.
