Job Title: Senior Food Service Coordinator
Catholic Healthcare seeks a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our Catering team as a Senior Food Service Coordinator. This role is responsible for overseeing the effective meal service to aged care residents, managing kitchen resources, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare nutritious meals in line with resident dietary needs
- Manage kitchen resources, including equipment and food supplies, within allocated budget
- Maintain a hygienically clean kitchen that meets Aged Care quality standards
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
- Basic Food Safety Practices Certificate
- Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain
