We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team at FTI Consulting, Inc. This role can be based in our London or Frankfurt office and will support several segments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the recruitment process for all Experienced Hires, Consultant to Senior Director level, across different teams and countries.
- Develop a direct sourcing focused recruitment approach for current hiring needs as well as future and opportunistic needs.
- Identify, source, and screen top talent for FTI Consulting's experienced hire requisitions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure that it progresses in a timely manner with candidate and stakeholder informed at all stages.
- Share insights gained from candidate discussions on our markets, challenges, and opportunities relating to recruitment with stakeholders.
- Drive referrals, networking, sharing FTI stories via internal channels, advising hiring managers on how to use their networks to generate candidates.
- Maintain and update submitted candidates in applicant tracking system/CRM.
- Extend and negotiate offers.
- 3+ years' experience in full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience utilizing CRM/ATS systems. Experience of Taleo and Yello advantageous.
- Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.
- Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, talent communities, and other methods for direct sourcing.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Prior specialist recruiting experience within Management Consulting, ideally with a focus on international roles.
- Experience with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems/CRM tools.
- Ability to provide accurate, consistent, and efficient service under the pressure of competing deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service focus with persistent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems.
