About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture, a 50/50 joint venture between CPB Contractors and Downer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team of engineers and supervisors to manage the project
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Manage a large sub-contractor environment
  • Work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environment
  • Develop and maintain a culture of high performance that consistently delivers results
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role on a large complex building or infrastructure project
  • Outstanding interpersonal, liaison, networking, team and individual leadership skills
  • Experience in managing a large sub-contractor environment
  • An ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high-volume work environment
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • A strong commercial focus with demonstrated business acumen
  • Relationship management, conflict management and resolution and problem solving expertise
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
