Role Overview

The primary focus of this position is to oversee stock account reconciliation for our international division, specifically within the US markets, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy. This includes diligent follow-up on outstanding items and maintaining up-to-date stock coding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute reconciliation and coding tasks based on timely stock reports from the US
  • Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims
  • Address internal inquiries on a daily basis
  • Conduct month-end reconciliations

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of one year of accounts payable or relevant experience in an accounting setting
  • Proficient numerical and computer skills, with self-sufficiency in spreadsheet applications, including pivot tables
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented with effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Open to innovative approaches and new ideas
  • Solution-focused mindset to address issues affecting reporting accuracy
