Financial Reporting Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our financial reporting and analysis initiatives. This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, technical accounting knowledge, and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
- Develop and implement financial analysis models to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong background in financial accounting and analysis.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial systems and software (e.g., ERP, Excel).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
