About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at 201 KONE Elevators Pty Ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for our elevator, auto walks, and escalators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to maintenance activities and repairs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Carry out all activities in accordance with our company policies and procedures, including health, quality, and safety standards
  • Work closely with customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure their needs are met
  • Be available to start and finish at flexible times and work after-hours as required
Requirements
  • Qualified registered electrical license required
  • Lift industry experience desired
  • Valid full Australian driver's license
  • Ability to manage critical breakdowns and key stakeholder expectations
  • Motivated and self-starter who can manage workload and competing priorities
  • Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
  • Customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
