We're looking for an experienced Release and Incident Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT Service Management Organisation, you will play a crucial role in managing IT Operations and releases from incident and change management to client reporting.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordinating software releases with development teams and product managers.
  • Overseeing the testing and deployment of software releases to various environments.
  • Communicating release plans and schedules to internal teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Monitoring the performance and stability of released software.
  • Maintaining comprehensive release documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications\

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience with release management in complex multi-instance environments.
  • Understanding of complex software solutions in regulated industries.
  • Agile Software experience and frequent release environments.
  • Proven track record of driving alignment across multiple teams and external partners.
  • A bias towards action, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to drive solutions to complex challenges.
