We are seeking an experienced professional to join our collaborative team as a Senior Educational Developer.

As a key member of the Learning and Teaching Futures Directorate, you will play a vital role in transforming multi-modal education across our national campus network.

You will work closely with teaching staff to elevate the quality of learning experiences for our students – designing innovative resources, advising on teaching practices, and promoting effective learning principles that put students first.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with industry or professional experience.
  • Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education or willingness to complete.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with university standards and academic writing.
  • Proficiency in university learning management systems and business support software.
  • Ability to deliver innovative courses and units using various teaching styles.
