We are seeking a collaborative academic to elevate learning experiences for students, designing innovative resources and advising on teaching practices that put students first.

This senior educational developer position requires excellent communication skills, industry or professional experience, and a strong commitment to scholarship and innovation in learning and teaching.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, plus industry or professional experience
  • Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education or willingness to complete
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with university standards and academic writing
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (e.g., Moodle) and business support software
