We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team at Benetas. As a member of our residential aged care team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing them with the care and support they need to live their best lives.

In this role, you will work closely with other carers and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and services to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as showering, dressing, and meals, as well as spending time with residents, sharing stories, and connecting with them on a personal level.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for caring and building rapport with clients. You will also need to have a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and be willing to commit to annual flu immunisations.
