Marketing Design Coordinator

The role of Marketing Design Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to contribute towards the growth and success of our business.

This full-time position involves creating visually compelling and effective designs for various marketing materials, including price tickets, promotional point-of-sale assets, and social media content with a strong sales-driven tone of voice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create bespoke price tickets and callouts for different brands.
  • Design promotional point-of-sale materials for print and digital channels, ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
  • Develop animated TV screen content for Super Stores and House Bed & Bath, as well as video content for social media and online promotion.
  • Support local area marketing initiatives by producing compelling campaign visuals, copy, and video overlays for marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing and merchandise teams to elevate brand presence across all channels.
  • Support process improvements, such as enhancing the use of Last Yard software and transitioning towards more automated design processes.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are delivered on time, accurately, and to a high standard of effectiveness.
About You
  • Proven experience in graphic design or marketing design, ideally in retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing/animation skills.
  • Strong understanding of promotional design, sales-driven messaging, and brand consistency.
  • Experience creating content for multiple platforms, including print, in-store screens, and social media.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across marketing, product, and merchandising teams.
