About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our payroll shared services across Australia and the broader APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing payroll team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for over 3000 employees across multiple entities, jurisdictions, and systems spanning Australia, New Zealand, and the broader APAC region.
  • Ensure payroll processing is accurate, compliant, and timely for a diverse, multi-jurisdictional workforce.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align payroll with organisational goals, resolve escalations, and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience managing payroll in multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Australian, New Zealand, and APAC payroll legislation and compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage both in-house and outsourced payroll services.
