309 FLSmidth Pty. Ltd. has a unique opportunity for a Regional Service Line Manager Sizer to contribute to our MissionZero initiative, enabling our customers to move towards zero emissions in mining and cement.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the regional Service Line strategy, collaborating with the sales team and Solutions Specialist to drive business growth and client engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating sales and technical teams to achieve business objectives and drive aftermarket growth
  • Managing customer relationships throughout the product life cycle, including technical visits, trials, and support
  • Identifying suitable products and solutions based on customer and market assessment, and supporting their development in alignment with GSLM and engineering
  • Implementing global Service Group strategy in the designated market, including financial and operational aspects
  • Submitting regular sales and product reports, ensuring integrity within our CRM, ERP, and other related systems
  • Managing technical aspects of the service line, including training and health checks
  • Collaborating with the proposal and engineering team to provide accurate and timely quotations

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Good experience in the relevant product line, service line, or process equipment
  • Strong product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to understand economic drivers and communicate complex concepts to customers
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with strong reporting and presentation abilities
  • Ability to travel up to 75%, domestic and international
  • Physical ability to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines

Estimated salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
