About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team at FLSmidth Pty. Ltd. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for safely servicing and repairing our fleet of equipment, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and equipment availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake routine inspections and servicing of equipment
  • Attend breakdowns and perform repairs to ensure minimal downtime
  • Provide photographic reports and recommendations to clients
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Mechanical trade qualifications are essential
  • Hands-on experience with the repair, service, and maintenance of centrifugal pumps
  • Previous experience in a field service role
  • Driver's License essential
  • Computer literacy
  • Good presentation and effective organisational and communication skills
  • Dedication to safety and compliance
