Job Title: Risk and Governance Specialist

  • Key responsibilities include managing billing and credit risks from identification to resolution, evaluating the nature of the risk based on likelihood, sensitivity, impact scope, and interim remediation work, using a risk matrix for prioritization.
  • Identify business ownership, confirm acceptance, manage stakeholders, and support remediation activities across various business units.
  • Maintain a risk register and attend regular meetings to discuss changes and risks.
  • Prepare risk reports for senior management and close any outstanding risks by collating closure documentation.
  • Collaborate with the risk group to reflect business risks, maintain organizational accountability, and lead workshops to align risk resolution efforts.

In this role, you will also manage regulatory notice responses, maintain strong version control, and leverage instructional guides. You will engage with regulatory bodies to address systemic issues identified and handle internal risks and non-compliance issues related to financial impacts.
