Job Role Summary:

This position involves designing and implementing scalable backend solutions that facilitate financial transactions, including card processing, account transfers, settlements, and fraud detection.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create robust and efficient systems for payment operations.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from architecture to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Write well-documented and testable code that supports long-term system reliability and developer productivity.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues across services, contributing to incident response and participating in on-call rotations as needed.
About This Opportunity:
  • Have a deep understanding of BECS and/or NPP payment systems.
  • Hold 3+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer with expertise in building and maintaining backend services in a production environment.
  • Be proficient in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Typescript, or Go, and confident in learning new languages and tools as required.
