Job Title: Agile Coach Cohort Lead

We're seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead our agile coach team and enable teams to deliver high-quality customer-centric solutions.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • - Being a trusted advisor to senior management and working with transformation team leads to ensure the right coaches are supporting operational model activities.
  • - Working with the capability lead to ensure the coach capability uplift plan matches future needs.
  • - Leading the agile coach team as line manager for all areas outside of capability uplift.
  • - Establishing and executing a quality solution design system to support customer and IT strategies.
  • - Business planning and monitoring.

For this role, we require:

  • - Extensive commercial experience in Agile or related disciplines.
  • - Demonstrated experience in IT/technology project environments.
  • - Facilitation experience with Agile training workshops, design workshops, and Agile group planning.
  • - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
