Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and their families.
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bowel care, manual handling, and other health and hygiene needs.
  • Support customers with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Participate in on-call rosters, providing 24/7 support to customers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and confidence to drive an accessible van.
  • NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
