About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team in Sydney Olympic Park Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly respected global electronics industry and be part of the Online Operations department.

This role will focus on establishing and maintaining operational excellence of marketplace and dropship opportunities. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations of 3PD Sales Channel, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pre and post sales operations for 3PD Sales Channel, ensuring SLAs are met
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PD clients, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Meet regularly with team members and external parties to discuss progress and improve operations
  • Identify and resolve operational issues with 3PD sites and fix root causes with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes with Finance team to meet SLA
  • Report on account status and transactions monthly
  • Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in customer service, project management or account management, and exposure to e-commerce platforms and systems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with resilience and problem-solving abilities.
