Job Overview

In this senior Salesforce DevOps role, you'll spearhead the implementation of scalable continuous integration and deployment pipelines, oversee end-to-end deployments across sandbox and production environments, and optimize our DevOps processes using cutting-edge tools like Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, or similar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications to ensure seamless delivery
  • Automate deployments, version control, monitoring, and rollback strategies to minimize downtime
  • Manage sandbox seeding and data deployments with a focus on security and integrity
  • Execute high-quality production releases and resolve deployment-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with DevOps best practices and industry-leading security standards
  • Stay current with Salesforce DevOps trends and maintain relevant certifications to stay ahead in the field

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps engineering
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CLI, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, Apex) and a focus on code quality and reliability
  • Proven knowledge of OmniStudio, FlexCards, Integration Procedures
  • DevOps certification (Gearset, Copado, or equivalent) is preferred but not required
