Job Overview:

Reporting into the Head of Diverse, you will work with client teams across agencies and offices nationally to oversee and execute innovative multicultural media strategies and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Excellence – Deliver high-quality, creative, and strategic multicultural media solutions, ensuring integration across agencies and continuous innovation.
  • Client Leadership & Trust – Build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and become a go-to strategic advisor known for confident communication and proactive problem-solving.
  • Commercial Growth & Development – Drive revenue through identifying new business opportunities, accurate budgeting, award entries, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Team Performance & Engagement – Lead, coach, and manage team performance, workflow, and wellbeing while fostering cross-agency collaboration and individual growth.
  • Process Management & Project Delivery – Ensure efficient project delivery through best-in-class planning, financial accuracy, and elimination of unnecessary meetings.
  • Cultural Ambassadorship – Actively participate in and lead internal multicultural initiatives, representing and promoting OMG's values and inclusivity.
  • Personal & Professional Development – Pursue continuous learning through internal and external training, mentorship, and professional programs to grow your personal brand.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of Chinese media platforms (such as WeChat, Little Red Book, Weibo, and Youku) is crucial.
