Job Title: Interior Designer

We are a design and construction company specialising in retail, hospitality, and commercial interiors. We deliver modern, functional spaces with a focus on design quality and client collaboration.

The Role:

We seek a Mid-Level Interior Designer with strong client communication and concept design skills. You'll work on client-facing design, presentations, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients, capture requirements, and present design concepts.
  • Develop proposals, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visuals.
  • Liaise with the Documents team to finalise drawings in line with NCC standards.
  • Select finishes, furniture, and materials within project budgets.
  • Support project managers on-site to ensure design intent is delivered.
  • Stay across design trends and provide creative, practical solutions.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' interior design experience (retail/hospitality preferred).
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD/Enscape (basic documentation ability only).
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Strong design sense with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • English fluency; Mandarin highly regarded.
