Key Responsibilities:

  • Design interior spaces that meet client expectations while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand cultural preferences and deliver tailored design solutions.
  • Manage material selection, vendor coordination, and project timelines.
  • Develop mood boards, 3D visualizations, and hand sketches to articulate design ideas.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
  • Certifications in AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, or similar software.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design, including documentation.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, particularly with Chinese clientele.
