Home Care Support Worker

Our organization seeks a dedicated Home Care Support Worker to provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support services to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance.
  • Support clients with appointments, social activities, and community engagement.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to develop positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with clients and their families.
  • Provide respite care and support services, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in a health-related field (e.g., Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Full Comprehensive Car Insurance or willingness to obtain.
  • Smart phone and current Driver's Licence.
