Financial Crime Risk Specialist
We're seeking a dedicated professional to strengthen our culture of financial crime compliance.
- This involves actively working with business units to manage and reduce financial crime risks, ensuring we meet regulatory and community expectations.
- You'll drive the effective implementation of AML/CTF, Sanctions, and ABC policies while continually strengthening our risk management framework.
- Your key responsibilities include designing and implementing controls for better risk outcomes, developing a Continuous Improvement culture, and adhering to Service Level Agreement standards.
You'll work closely with our leadership team to establish and action business unit level controls and lead teams in managing financial crime risk.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Operational risk management experience preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial crime risk management frameworks and expertise in AML/CTF, Sanctions, and ABC.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills including negotiation and influence at all levels.
