Job Title: Content Specialist/Coordinator

This role involves providing support to the Head of Content and Content Manager in planning and managing all content for the Cricket Australia season alongside other sporting events as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of content strategies that contribute to effective team operation, functionality, and capacity.

A key aspect of this role is the presentation of high-quality content to commercial partners, sporting clubs, and leagues.

The end-to-end delivery of club and commercial content across various channels is also a critical responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and implementing strategies that contribute to effective content team operation, functionality, and capacity.
  • Presentation of high-quality content to commercial partners, sporting clubs, and leagues.

  • Accurate scheduling, instructions, and rundowns for venue operations staff.
  • Briefing creative teams on new projects and ensuring asset availability.
  • Delivering projects in accordance with agency standards and operational needs.
  • Driving growth in creative services through commercial insights and ongoing support.
General Responsibilities:
  • Managing all content deliveries at venues, including checklists, storyboarding, and event sign-offs.
  • Working with stakeholders on content development and creation.
  • Ensuring content delivery aligns with commercial and venue requirements.
  • Providing best-practice feedback to stakeholders.
  • Oversight of digital file management and content delivery to venues.
  • Resolving issues, foreseeing possible problems, and actively problem-solving.
  • Facilitating debriefs with team members, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to analyze project success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
  • Engaging in planning stages for content requirements and contributing to setting timelines and project expectations.
  • Providing team members with necessary information, tools, and support for team success.
  • Following established policies, procedures, plans, approved templates, and agency tools.
Stakeholder Relationships:
  • Developing relationships across business areas to collaborate, plan, and co-design solutions and services.
  • Providing content leadership and ensuring objectives are met.
  • Providing regular updates to senior team and key internal stakeholders on project status, milestones, issues, and opportunities.
