We are seeking a Hospitality Professional to join our team.
The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests by responding to their requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a warm and welcoming demeanor, personable communication skills, and the ability to motivate and energize others.
Duties and Responsibilities- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning.
- Gather and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
- Answer and process all guest calls, messages, and requests.
- Contact relevant departments to resolve guest issues or concerns.
- Monitor club lounge for seating availability and guest well-being.
- Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to manager.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
- A genuinely warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Persuasive communication skills.
- Energizing motivation.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and desire to deliver excellent service.
- A valid driver's license.
