About the Role
We are in search of a qualified and seasoned Loss Adjuster to enhance our GTS division and assist with the current workload. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of significant and intricate claims, playing a crucial role in aiding senior Adjusters in managing and resolving their ongoing claims.
As part of a proficient team of technical loss adjusters, you will receive support from a dedicated leader who will equip you with the necessary resources to thrive in your role.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a distinguished loss adjuster with a solid history of handling major and complex loss claims, consistently delivering outstanding results for clients.
In addition, you will possess the following attributes:
A strategic mindset focused on solutions, with a commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes for clients on every occasion. A well-established presence in the market, recognized for your expertise. Excellent communication skills, with a dedication to fostering a collaborative culture among internal and external stakeholders to encourage knowledge sharing and skill enhancement. A readiness to advance in your career, with direct and continuous access to senior team members as part of your professional development, along with a willingness to pursue further educational opportunities.Essential Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in managing major and complex loss claims. A strong and visible market presence. Relevant qualifications such as ANZIIF or AICLA in General Insurance, or equivalent international credentials. Demonstrated ability to build robust relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and navigate conflicts constructively. A valid Driver's License.
