Job Overview

A senior-level solution architect is required to lead the implementation of Kronos UKG solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring pay policies, accruals, and other modules within UKG Dimensions and WFC 8.1 and older versions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and work on new business requirements
  • Configure Kronos clocks using WDM and troubleshoot issues
  • Develop solutions to ensure smooth operations
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and budget
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of UKG Dimensions and WFC 8.1 and older versions
  • UKG certifications are an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills
