Your Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert assistance and advice to workshop leaders, ensuring effective diagnostics of top truck brands.
  2. Identify and address skill gaps by developing targeted training initiatives in partnership with our internal training department.
  3. Promote the adoption of best practices in skills enhancement, consistently reviewing and refining processes for improvement.
  4. Supervise the development of apprentices, ensuring alignment with our high standards and industry requirements.

Qualifications Required:

We Seek Candidates Who Have:

  1. Demonstrated experience as a Heavy Vehicle Technician, with a solid understanding of service department operations.
  2. A strong background in repair and maintenance principles, troubleshooting methods, and vehicle technicalities.
  3. A dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
  4. A Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology AUR31116 or equivalent. A Certificate IV in training and assessment is highly preferred.
