Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Professional to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and support our Abuse Law department.

About the Role:

This is a key role within our organization where you will play a crucial part in assisting our Abuse Law team with administrative tasks, client communication, and general office duties.

  • You will be responsible for managing client files, preparing correspondence, and liaising with external parties such as Courts, barristers, and doctors.
  • Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task will enable you to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • File Management: Maintain accurate records of client files from open to close.
  • Correspondence: Prepare letters, emails, and other documents as required.
  • Liaison: Build strong relationships with external parties to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of issues.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
