Compassionate Registered Nurse Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Orthopaedic and Neurosurgical team at Cabrini Malvern.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centred environment, caring for individuals undergoing joint, spinal, and brain surgery.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality care, with a strong culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, minimum 2 years' experience in a surgical/acute care setting, commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence, a collaborative, team-oriented mindset, flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster, excellent communication and customer service skills, and genuine alignment with Cabrini's Mission and Values.

About Our Team

Our 30-bed Orthopaedic and Neurosurgical ward specialises in elective joint replacements, lower limb trauma patients, spinal surgeries, craniotomies, and deep brain stimulation procedures.

We work closely with Neuro-Oncology and Allied Health teams to deliver integrated, holistic care.
