Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Retail Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a drive to learn and grow within the role. You will be trained in the latest cutting-edge tech and gadgets, and will use your knowledge and skills to support and provide solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales experience
  • Develop customised solutions for customers
  • Support and empower customers through outstanding customer service

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to develop customised solutions for customers
  • Drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs
