We protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information through safeguarding our technological assets and resources. This includes measures such as:
- Deploying antivirus and anti-malware software to prevent and remove malicious code
- Encrypting desktops and laptops to secure sensitive data
- Implementing monitoring and detection systems to identify potential security threats
Raising awareness of threats to data privacy and information security is an ongoing process. We provide mandatory training and various activities across the organisation to ensure everyone understands their role in protecting our assets.
We have carefully planned and tested disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure protection of people, processes, offices, applications and data in the event of a catastrophic event. Our approach is designed to ensure the minimum impact on our operations and customers.
We evaluate prospective suppliers for compliance with our information security policies and controls, including risk rating assessments and findings documentation.
