Role Overview

We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team and expand our foodservice footprint across Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG or foodservice sales, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with distributors and end-users.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution to the success of our business.

The region covered by this role will be the South of Perth and the regional areas of Bunbury, Albany, and Esperance.

Responsibilities
  • Drive incremental volume and unlock new business opportunities across WA with end-users, distributors, and HORECA clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Execute national campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Provide regular performance reports and market trend analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Embody our company values, safety standards, and quality promise at all times.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in FMCG or foodservice.
  • A growth mindset and hunger to succeed.
  • Natural flair for influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
