Key responsibilities include:

  • Support senior engineers in planning, designing and executing engineering projects.
  • Analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure cutting-edge solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Document and maintain technical documentation, reports and drawings.
  • Solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Mechatronics, Systems Engineering or double degree in Engineering / Business, Engineering / Finance, Engineering / Commerce etc.

Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia

Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired

Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired

Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally

Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
