THE ROLE: As a Locum Registered Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive care in hospitals across Australia. We require Medical and Surgical Registered Nurses able to commit to contracts between 6-24 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in General Medical and Surgical settings.
  2. Conduct clinical assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, manage acute and chronic patient needs.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
  4. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control and patient safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years experience in Medical and/or Surgical ward nursing within Australia or New Zealand.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
