About the Position

The University of New South Wales is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Excellence Lead to drive the success of our Societal Impact marketing team. As a key member of the Marketing & Digital Experience portfolio, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-performing B2C and B2B marketing campaigns that amplify UNSW's societal impact framework and highlight the distinctiveness of the UNSW brand.

This role requires a strong commercial acumen, ability to set targets, plan complex work plans, and review return on investment. You will also be expected to manage agency partners, lead a team of three direct reports, and ensure effective execution of the Societal Impact marketing strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven marketing leadership experience within highly complex matrix organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic brand and marketing advice and operational support to Senior Executives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an ability to set targets, plan complex work plans, and review return on investment.
